AIOC- INT'L CONSORTIUM FOR BAKU-SUPSA OIL TRANSMISSION PIPELINE PROJECT, MAIN OFFICE AND ACCOMODATION FACILITIES, SUPSA-GEORGIA 1997

The Consortium Camp Facilities of 16,800 sqm. consisting of Offices, Housing Accomodation, and Recreation Building have been constructed in Supsa, Georgia, co-operated with camp managing and servicing company CCG International Ltd (London, UK).

The Project included main consortium offices, totally 40 no's 4-star hotel rooms with individual WC and baths, main kitchen and cafeteria, fitness room, TV and game rooms, lounges, laundry, first aid room, storages and technical premises. In addition, all civil works, territorial works, landscaping and hardscaping, power supply with generators, cold and hot water supply, water treatment and water softening systems, water and fuel storage tanks, supply and installation of all equipment and furniture, etc.. have been designed, procured and installed on "Turn Key" basis.

Buildings are made of steel framed and insulated composite panel cladded prefabricated buildings. The project has been carried out in conformity to European norms and standards (DIN, ASTM, BSI, SNIP, CE).
