PROCESSING PLANT OMSK-RUSSIA 1996-1997
Processing Plant of 20,000 tons/year capacity in Omsk City, Siberian
Region, Russia, has been constructed on "Turn Key" bases.
Steel framed and pile foundation building of approximately 3,000
sqm. has been constructed considering the regional climatic conditions.
The hollow core prefabricated concrete panels are used as slabs
and rockwool filled heat insulated sandwich panels are used for
exterior wall and roof covering.
construction has been fulfilled considering the international norms
and standards (SNIP, DIN, ASTM, CE) and by using hygienic materials.
The plant consists of processing areas, cold and deep-freeze rooms,
storages and packing areas, technical rooms, utility line connections,
administrative offices and personnal lockers and facilities. The
technology and equipment has been designed and supplied by Austrian
company SCHALLER. The plant has been operating by the Russian company
OMSKY BACON since 1997 successfully.
